The ҹɫÊÓƵ Companies proudly participated in the nationally recognized Construction Inclusion Week held from October 16-20. This industry-wide initiative aims to raise awareness to improve diversity and inclusion in the construction sector — a commitment the company is dedicated to fostering.
Sharing with each other the different ways we can be inclusive helps to empower each team member to reach their full potential, fueling innovation and connection with coworkers, clients, and the communities we serve. Each day, during morning stretches, a new topic was introduced and discussed companywide at our job sites and facilities. The topics covered were: commitment and accountability, belonging, supplier diversity, workplace culture, and community engagement. As one team, we concluded the week by kicking off a company-wide food drive. Job site teams across the company collected food to be donated to those in need during the holiday season in their local communities.
