Lean, Innovative and Unique Project Solutions
The project required constant collaboration between the owner and architect to fit a large amount of program into a limited footprint. Logistical planning was critical to ensure equipment and material deliveries, along with accessing the construction area, did not disrupt the facility's critical care patients, emergency vehicle traffic, and the building's existing operations. Additionally, MEP tie-ins within the Infusion bays were completed on the fully operational second floor without impacting the facility's existing active medical operations.
