Lean, Innovative and Unique Project Solutions
The project was constructed on an active, acute care hospital campus with numerous physical and logistical constraints requiring ongoing daily coordination of all construction operations with EMMC staff. Coordination included site circulation, parking needs, and detailed Interim Life Safety Measures (ILSM) and Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) protocols. Each construction activity was scrutinized to minimize impact to hospital operations and ensure the safety and comfort of patients, visitors, and guests.
