Lean, Innovative and Unique Project Solutions
The project involved continuous improvement between U2 and U1 and implemented a roller system to weld piping spools outside and pull them into the building. Additionally, the project team preassembled structural steel and piping running outside the building, which lead to a safer work site and accelerated schedule.
