Scope of Work
ҹɫÊÓƵ performed the above-grade replacements of several yard cabinets and the installation of a new 69 kV circuit switcher. This work included relay and cabinet replacements in the existing control house, new yard cabinets, and the installation and termination of direct-burial cables, totaling 7,820 linear feet.
Project Details
- Replaced existing underground cable
- Pulled and terminated all cabling from the new control house to all equipment in the yard
- Removed all existing cable, AC & DC panels and other junction boxes
- Upgraded station equipment including switches, potential transformers (PTs) and circuit breakers

This small, compact substation required careful attention to ensure safe clearances from energized equipment were maintained at all times. ҹɫÊÓƵ coordinated all outages with the owner and supported the station testing and commissioning.
