At the 2024 Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC)National Craft Championships in Kissimmee, Florida, team members from ҹɫ��Ƶ and Starcon — one of The ҹɫ��Ƶ Companies — showcased their skills alongside nearly 190 craftspeople from across the nation. Being selected to participate in this prestigious competition, featuring 12 crafts in 16 competitions, is a major accomplishment.

Congratulations to our following competitors, pictured from left to right in the above photo:

·        Brock Ludden (ҹɫ��Ƶ) – won silver in tig welding

·        George Gides III (ҹɫ��Ƶ) – won silver in pipe welding

·        Tyler Robinson-Hebert (ҹɫ��Ƶ) – won gold &safety award in line worker

·        Arturo Echeverria (Starcon) – competed in structural welding

·        Brian Guzman (Starcon) – competed in millwright

·        Nathaniel Foss (ҹɫ��Ƶ) – won gold in millwright

·        Ryan Davis Jr. (ҹɫ��Ƶ) – competed in industrial electrical

The director of the ҹɫ��Ƶ Institute, Mark Brooks, reflected, “This was my first year attending the ABC National Craft Championship, so my understanding of the event was based on stories from our instructors about past craft championships. It was awesome to see our team setting up areas for the competition and to see the effort and pride they displayed in creating a safe and professional area for the competitors. Watching our team members compete and bring home numerous awards was very fulfilling. It fills you with pride for our company to watch our people work so hard to perfect their craft. After seeing so many talented craft professionals compete, I believe our future is in great hands.”
